Over the weekend Jack went to his friend Sloan's birthday. It was a Minnie Mouse birthday and Jack just loved seeing all the Minnies. Sloan seemed to be having a great time until I sat Jack next to her on the couch. She just scooted away from him. When he got up she started saying Jack come back. Jack was just to busy checking everything out. They both went outside and road in Sloan's Barbie car. Jack seemed to like it. Sloan's dad had to push the gas peddle with his gold club. Jack could reach the peddle but he would just push it and stop and push it and stop.
Jack has learned a new word "Layla". He has been saying Layla over and over. There are 3 kids in his class at school. One is a boy named Lincoln and the other is a girl named Layla. He just loves Layla. When I peek in at him at daycare he is always loving on Layla. I told him to tell Layla bye this week and he just walked up and kissed her on the lips! The next day I told him to tell Layla bye and he leaned in for the kiss and she leaned in the rest of the way. When we pull in the school parking lot he just starts saying Layla over and over.
