We have all moved to Tennessee

It has been awhile since I have posted anything because we finally moved. We were sad to leave Jacksonville but happy to be back together as a family. When the movers finally unloaded the last box we put on our bathing suits and headed for the pool. Jackson finally got to wear his new bathing suit from Aunt Julie.

Jackson was really good during the move. He played and slept and Bear and Bucky were glad to have their couch back. Jackson is back to making funny faces when you take his pictures. 

  Well it has been really hard to fit a house full of stuff into a two bedroom apartment. We have stuff in Pop's basement, in a room upstairs at his house, and in his garage. But this is what our apartment looked like. Boxes staked in the dining room and boxes stacked in the hall. I fit most of the boxes in the closet. They are stacked in both closets until there is barely room for us to hang stuff up. Brent has his stuff in one closet and Jackson and I have our stuff in the other. There is room for nothing. We actually need to get ride of somethings. It is kind of like we are camping....we only have room for what we need. I told Brent after this we are going to have to have a big house so we can get away from each other.

 So we had to get out of the house. There is no room for Jack to play so we went to the park to play. Brent is such a good Dad, he checked the swing before he put Jackson in it. Jackson loves to swing.

Then he saw this fun purple dinosaur. He checked it out and then he decided to ride on it.  

Next he went to taste the wood chips like he usually does. Then he saw these fun animals he was really unsure what to do with them.

 
What he was secretly do was.......

getting ready to make his escape to the big boy playground. Daddy went after him because he is just to small to play on it yet. As fast as he is growing he will be on it really soon (we have already started a new bag of clothes for our friend Fulton).

I have not stopped knitting and crocheting. I have just been making gifts for people and I did not want to post the pictures and they see the gift before I gave them to them. The ear warmer on the left has owls on it and I made it for my ex-neighbor as well has the crocheted headband with the flower and the matching crocheted scarf. I gave them to her as a happy birthday/I will miss you when I move gift. 

 I knitted these convertible mittens for MawMaw, Mrs. Tiff, and Mrs. Erin. I love convertible mittens and I had knitted MawMaw and Mrs. Tiff scarfs for Christmas so I made them matching mittens.

The hat on the left I crocheted for Brent's friend Ryan who is having a baby boy in October. I have not given it to him yet. The sandals on the right I crocheted for Kay to give as a baby shower gift. They turned out really cute but I don't think I will make any more. They were a pain in the butt. I let Jackson model the hat I knitted for Kate my friend Mandi's little girl who is Jackson's age. I hope she looks as cute in it as he does.
