We are trying to teach Jackson how to eat with a spoon so we bought him a spoon that has a big handle for him to hold. Well he held the spoon with one hand and used the other hand to eat with. He really likes steamed carrots. It seems like he always goes for them first.

Jack really likes Bear and Bucky and they have warmed up to him (I think they realize he is here to stay). However, Bear is still not ready to play ball with Jack. Jack just wants to play ball and Bear does not want to share his ball. Bucky on the other hand just kisses all over him. I think sometimes he gives him to many kisses. Jack has gotten to where he wants to try and lick Brent and I like he is a dog. But sometimes Bucky needs his space and hides under the couch. But there is no hiding from Jack.

Look at this hair. It lays so nicely in the front and does crazy things in the back. It is like he has one big cowlick all the way across the back of his head. Brent said he has perfect mullet hair. It is nice and straight in the front and a party in the back. I am not a mullet fan so unless Jack really wants a mullet I don't think he will have one.

He really likes going outside now with the dogs and wearing his sunglasses. I am glad I got this outfit out. I thought he would not be able to wear it until next year because it is a 24 month. However it fits Jack (16 months old) just right (thanks for the outfit Nana).

We went to the mall in Brentwood and the play area with not as fun as the one at Opry Mills. They did have these fun things to ride. That were fun until Daddy turned it on.

Sunday we went to Wal-Mart and Jack saw the Radio Flyer tricycle. They have these at his daycare and he loves them and the little cars that he can get in. Well he really wanted to ride it but his legs are just not long enough. So Daddy (in his church clothes) pushed him around Wal-Mart on the tricycle. And yes Jack was the kids screaming as we pulled him off the tricycle to leave. Thank goodness there were other parents there with kids doing the same thing. Maybe Santa will bring him one (if we have room for one).

Next week is the start of school and Jack will be going to school with me. The school has a daycare so I have been telling him he will be making the friends that he will have all though high school. So lets hope he is not the "bad kid".
