A visit from the Easter Bunny and Uncle Jay

Mr. Garr brought baby chicks and ducks to school for all the kids to see the Thursday before Easter. It is so nice that Jack is at school with me. When fun things like this happen I get to go and see him with his class having a good time. Jack was with his best buddies Lincoln and Layla.

All the daycare kids got to touch the ducks and chicks. I think Jack was a little confused about why I was there.

Saturday evening Jack got out his Easter basket and put it on the porch for the Easter Bunny. Jack really likes to shut doors now. Daddy helped him put his basket out. We did take him to see the Easter Bunny this year. However, since we live in a much bigger town when we got there the line was so long we decided to wait until next year.

Jack got lots of fun things from the Easter Bunny. Yes, that is a Woody Pez. He also got a little Woody that I can carry in my purse.
On Easter morning we took him outside to see if the Easter Bunny stopped by. Jack was a little confused at first he just stood there. Then he got excited when he saw the Woodys. Even though he had his big Woody with him he went straight for the little Woody.

He also got a coloring book, stickers, and the movie Cars. He was really excited about everything.  But of course most excited about the little Woody.

Later that afternoon Uncle Jay stopped by for a visit. Jack was really excited to see him. We have not seen Uncle Jay in a year but Jack was very excited to see him. Uncle Jay read Jack his favorite book "The Tickle Monster".
