Even though we took Jack to the Aquarium for his birthday we still had to get him something for his birthday. Brent worked really hard and got his play set put together in time for his birthday. Of course he was super excited when he saw the play set together.
He swung for a little while but he was really excited about the slide. He climbed to the top by himself and slide down by himself. He did it over and over and every time he would say wee as he went down. After playing on the slide he road his bike up and down the drive way. His legs are finally long enough to reach the peddles.
Even though we did not have a big birthday party we still had a little one at home. I hung the birthday banner up and we had Jack's favorite meal (spaghetti). After we ate he put on his birthday hat and I got out the birthday cake plate with his ice cream cake on it. He tried to blow the candles out a couple of times but I had to help him.
You can see in the picture that he knows how to hold a fork. He just likes to eat with his hands. Of course he loved the ice cream cake. He loved all the toys he got from everyone but most of all he loved the Mr. Potato head Aunt Julie sent him. He was so excited when he opened it.
Since Jack is now a big boy he needed a big boy room. So I redecorated his room. He loves Woody so I decided to give his room a cowboy theme.
I think the Howdy curtain and the hand painted name turned out to be super cute.
No cowboy room is complete with out a Wanted poster.
