Summer Fun

 We have been having lots of fun this summer. Of course we took Jack to the zoo and he loved it. He liked seeing the elephants but he really liked the birds. We were able to get really close to some of the birds and he really got excited.

We also got to pet the goats. He really liked brushing their hair. He just ran from goat to goat brushing their hair.


 He was really interested in this black goat that was sitting by itself in the shade. He kept going over to it and trying to brush its hair.
  He was also the only kid who tried several times to climb in with the goats.

 We did stop by the playground and played. Jack loved the swings and this cool tunnel he could climb in.

 No summer is complete without a plastic pool. Jack was very excited about splashing the water. However, he really wanted someone to get in the pool with him.

 So.......I got in the pool with him and he was very excited. He has also been a big helper in the kitchen. He really likes to lick the spoons and taste everything.
