A long weekend

Summer is officially here and Jack loves being outside. He really loves playing in the water and drinking it out of the hose. Both his knees are always beat up from all the running and falling.

To prepare for Mason's graduation I took Jack to Hope's preschool graduation at the school I teach at. Hope is the second girl from the left. We only got to stay for about 10 minutes and had to leave because he could not sit still. We did get to see Hope sing her beautiful solo. After Hope's graduation I knew he would not make it long at Mason's. Jack's cousin Mason is the boy sitting on the 50 yard line. I think he made it 10 minutes and we had to take him to the top of the stadium. After chasing him around I decided to take him to the playground and let Brent watch his nephew's graduation.

So Jack and I had a great time playing at the park and listening to Mason's graduation. Jack cannot sit still for very long. He has so much energy.

The next night we stayed at Dave and Jency's house on Smith Lake. Jack was such and big boy and slept in a twin bed by himself. The bed was very low so I was not worried about him. However, I did stack some pillows up next to him. The next morning we saw Pancake the goat peaking in the window at us. Jency and Dave caught him and Jack had to check him out. I think he was a little unsure about this crazy goat.

Jack loved playing with Jency. He also really loved the boat ride. We got him a new Lightening McQueen life jacket and he was ready to go. We enjoyed our nice weekend visiting with everyone.
